What the rules say
The rules that apply to provider websites
- 01
Honesty
The Code asks every provider to act with integrity, honesty and transparency.
- 02
Prices
Don't charge or show participants higher prices without a good reason.
- 03
Registration
Say registered NDIS provider, and never NDIS approved.
- 04
The NDIS logo
Use it only with the NDIA's written consent.
- 05
Risky phrases
The ACCC says NDIS funded and NDIS therapies can mislead people.
- 06
Testimonials
If a registered therapist gives the support, AHPRA's testimonial ban applies too.

Pricing rules changed on 1 July 2026, so check the NDIS Commission's site before you edit a price page.
Most of these come down to a few phrases, and the rewrites show the swap.
