This privacy policy explains how Amisha Sharma ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit commasandchaos.com ("the Site").
Information I Collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out a form on this site, I collect your name, email address, your website address if you give one, and what you tell me about the job. The checklist form also asks your profession, optionally. This data is processed by Formspree and forwarded to my email.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the blog newsletter, I collect your email address via Formspree.
Payment information. When you book an All Clear Audit, I send you a Wise payment link and you are taken to Wise (TransferWise Ltd) to complete payment. I do not collect, store, or process your credit card or bank details. All payment data is handled directly by Wise under their privacy statement. I receive a payment confirmation with your name and email address only.
Analytics data. I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate location. This data is processed with consent mode enabled, meaning full tracking only occurs after you accept cookies.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies managed by CookieHub. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in my email for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email amisha@commasandchaos.com and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
