Last updated: 5 June 2026This privacy policy explains how Amisha Sharma ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit commasandchaos.com ("the Site").
Information I Collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company name (optional), service interest, budget range (optional), and project details. This data is processed by Formspree and forwarded to my email.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the blog newsletter, I collect your email address via Formspree.
Payment information. When you purchase a GhostRank audit, you are redirected to Wise (TransferWise Ltd) to complete payment. I do not collect, store, or process your credit card or bank details. All payment data is handled directly by Wise under their privacy statement. I receive a payment confirmation with your name and email address only.
Analytics data. I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate location. This data is processed with consent mode enabled, meaning full tracking only occurs after you accept cookies.
Cookies. The Site uses cookies managed by CookieHub. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

The Site is served over HTTPS. I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
