This privacy policy explains how Amisha Sharma ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit commasandchaos.com ("the Site").
Information I Collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out a form on this site, I collect your name, email address, your website address if you give one, and what you tell me about the job. The checklist form also asks your profession, optionally. This data is processed by Formspree and forwarded to my email.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the blog newsletter, I collect your email address via Formspree.
Payment information. When you book an All Clear Audit, I send you a Wise payment link and you are taken to Wise (TransferWise Ltd) to complete payment. I do not collect, store, or process your credit card or bank details. All payment data is handled directly by Wise under their privacy statement. I receive a payment confirmation with your name and email address only.
Analytics data. I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate location. GA4 sets first-party cookies to do this. Advertising features are switched off.
Heatmaps and session recordings. I use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through a page: where they click, how far they scroll and where they stop. Clarity masks what you type into forms. It sets first-party cookies and does not use the data for advertising.
Cookies. The Site uses only the analytics cookies set by GA4 and Microsoft Clarity. It sets no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of GA4 with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data Sharing
I do not sell your personal data. Your information may be processed by these third-party services:

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in my email for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of analytics cookies at any time
- Object to processing of your data

If you have a privacy concern, email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
