This Site serves as a portfolio and professional services website for freelance copywriting and content strategy. You may browse the Site, read content, and contact me through the provided forms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Amisha Sharma unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Blog articles may be shared with proper attribution and a link back to the original post.

Freelance Services

The Site describes the copywriting and content strategy services I offer. Submitting a contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon separately for each engagement via a formal proposal or contract.

All Clear Audit Services

Payment. All Clear Audits are purchased directly through Wise (TransferWise Ltd). By completing payment, you agree to these terms and confirm you are authorised to purchase the selected service.

Delivery. All Clear Audit is delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Larger multi-site audits are delivered on a timeline agreed in the quote. Delivery timelines begin once I have confirmed receipt of payment and your website URL.

Scope. The audit covers every page of a single website. A group of sites, or a multi-site platform, is quoted on request.

Refunds. If I am unable to deliver the audit within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. If the delivered audit finds nothing worth fixing, you receive a full refund and keep the report. Audit clients receive a discounted rate on any copywriting work that follows the audit, quoted in writing before that work starts. Once the audit report has been delivered, refunds for change of mind are not available, as the deliverable is a completed diagnostic. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Those rights cannot be excluded.

Not legal advice. All Clear Audit is an expert content review. It flags specific wording that could attract regulatory attention and provides compliant rewrite suggestions. It is not legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. For binding legal opinions, engage a qualified lawyer.

Claims and Examples

The Site carries no client testimonials. Published work, credentials and demonstration reports on the Site are examples only. Results described in any example are specific to that project and are not promised for future work.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, publications). I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
