These terms govern your use of commasandchaos.com ("the Site"), operated by Amisha Sharma ("I", "me"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

This Site serves as a portfolio and professional services website for freelance copywriting and content strategy. You may browse the Site, read content, and contact me through the provided forms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Amisha Sharma unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Blog articles may be shared with proper attribution and a link back to the original post.

Freelance Services

The Site describes the copywriting and content strategy services I offer. Submitting a contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon separately for each engagement via a formal proposal or contract.

GhostRank Audit Services

Payment. GhostRank audits are purchased directly through Wise (TransferWise Ltd). By completing payment, you agree to these terms and confirm you are authorised to purchase the selected service.

Delivery. The GhostRank Snapshot is delivered within a few hours of payment confirmation. The Full Healthcare Audit and Clinic Group audits are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery timelines begin once I have confirmed receipt of payment and your website URL.

Scope. The Snapshot covers up to 5 pages. The Full Audit covers up to 20 pages. Pages beyond these limits may be quoted separately.

Refunds. If I am unable to deliver the audit within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the audit report has been delivered, refunds for change of mind are not available, as the deliverable is a completed diagnostic. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Those rights cannot be excluded.

Not legal advice. GhostRank is an expert content review. It flags specific wording that could attract regulatory attention and provides compliant rewrite suggestions. It is not legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. For binding legal opinions, engage a qualified lawyer.

Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials displayed on the Site reflect individual client experiences and are used with permission. Results described in case studies are specific to those projects and are not guaranteed for future engagements.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, publications). I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
