The NDIA decides what a plan funds. Only 4 of 82 sites said plainly that funding is not guaranteed.

Testimonials

11 showed quotes about therapy progress.

Section 133 bans testimonials in health advertising, whoever pays. NDIS funding does not change that.

What you can show

Reviews about service are fine.

Comments about customer service or communication style are not testimonials. Comments about clinical results are.

The good news

47 of 82 were clean.

35 tripped at least one flag. So this is a fixable problem, and most OT practices already get it right.

The fix

Describe your focus. Leave out the result.

Say your OTs work mainly with children. Say the NDIA decides what your plan funds.
